    Job Description

    In a rapidly changing technology environment, organizations face the need to transform their processes and systems to meet emerging business requirements. This digital transformation demands specific expertise and a set of practices to align business focus with technology solutions.

    Supporting the biggest names in the UK&I with our expertise in strategy consulting, we are looking to meet talented, innovative Digital Product Managers, developers, or content creators who are able to:

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for UX / UI prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Develop differentiating product positioning and messaging across primary market segments
  • Work with Product Owners, marketing, design, and engineering teams to implement required business solutions
  • Can build or design applications in support of automating or optimising repetitive manual business activities
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
  • Define product roadmap as well as Goals/Metrics, as well as methodology and tools to measure these metrics
  • Partner with program managers and cross-functional partners to consolidate the coordination, tracking and communication of project requirements, priorities, roadmaps, milestones and status to key stakeholders
  • Review new requirements and assess potential integration needs for new builds or third-party software
  • As a senior team member, you will be expected to take a leadership role, overseeing small teams to produce client deliverables, and coaching other team members
  • Build internal customer & stakeholder relationships to manage expectations and agree on clear objectives and timelines
  • Collaborate with other teams or projects to provide technical expertise during client meetings or presentations.
  • Contribute to business development ad identification of new business opportunities within existing client accounts or identification of adequate prospects.
  • Prepare proposals, conduct market research, or develop marketing materials to promote their solutions.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, UX/UI design, or related field has a Master's degree in product design or engineering
  • Previous software and web development experience, in-depth understanding of coding languages (Java, JavaScript).
  • Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
  • Proven experience working as a product developer in a non-managerial role
  • Demonstrable knowledge in SEM and online advertising
  • Can communicate with engineering and design teams
  • Skilfully combines product planning and marketing to manage a project's entire life cycle
  • Highly proficient in verbal and written English
