You're going to operate at the critical point where software meets hardware

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying some of the fastest, most sophisticated trading systems in the world.

You don't even need experience working within financial services

In a role that incorporates all the interesting facets of what goes on behind the scenes, you will be able to leverage your software, hardware and quantitative knowledge keeping all systems running ensuring no infallibility in a firm that operates in microseconds.

You must have a keen interest in using software engineering methodologies to improve the efficiency of the hardware development workflow, as well as the ability to integrate their designs into a larger software stack.

The total compensation range is broad as there are multiple positions on offer, whether you have 1 year of experience or fifteen.

However, as your annual bonus is linked directly to your pod's PnL performance you have a direct impact on your earnings.
