  • We're now looking for an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join the team
    Your role as People & Culture Advisor:
  • Build and nourish strong working partnerships with department heads and line managers across the agency. You'll understand their business and challenges and be able to guide them to efficient decision making.
  • Work closely with the HR Lead to drive the People & Talent Strategy for the agency.
  • Create a brilliant 'People Experience' for everyone you come into contact with, inspiring and motivating the wider team to ensure processes are actioned in a timely manner and with great care and attention.
  • Provide expert advice and coach line managers to resolve employee relations issues including performance management, redundancy, disciplinary and grievances, TUPE, exits etc.
  • Support the payroll team, ensuring all payroll changes are accurate on and time.
  • Challenge everything that we do as a team to ensure its best in class, if you see an opportunity for change, work with the team to drive this.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Play an active and vocal role in driving some of our key Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, identifying any barriers internally to DE&I and actively driving change.
  • Recruitment: Work closely with the Talent team to ensure that we are hiring the right people for the right roles; providing advice at the initial briefing and supporting at the final stage interview.
  • On boarding: Ensuring that everyone has a brilliant on boarding experience. That they feel they belong from day one as well as understand their role and what we do as an agency.
  • Talent Planning: Support the HR Lead with the agency's talent and succession planning agenda, working with your business leads to ensure compelling careers for their teams.
  • Projects: Always push for creative and innovative solutions to drive the People strategy and ensure that the agency is a great place to work. Own and run with People projects, taking the rest of the team on a journey with you.

  • Are a people focused HR professional, who's accustomed to working in a fastpaced environment and has a solid understanding of UK employment law.
  • Have a natural flare for creativity you see a challenge or issue and you're first thought is how to fix it. Previous experience within a Creative environment would be advantageous.
  • Pride yourself on your time management skills you know when to push forward and when to hold back, but you're always on top of things.
  • Are a brilliant team player no task is too big when it comes to supporting your fellow People Team members.
  • Always strive for excellence that's not to say perfection, but your passion and flare for all things People is clear for everyone to see.
  • Hold a CIPD Level 5 (desirable but not essential.
