    The role of Use Case Governance Senior Manager is part of our vibrant Data &Analytics organization to own and deliver strategic vision and guidance in using our data responsibly by the right people for the right purpose across Mars Petcare eco-system.

    What are we looking for?

    • At least 5-8 years experience in Data Governance and Data Privacy areas, preferably in a large organization
    • Experience in defining and implementing key governance policies, processes, preferably at a large organization with multiple different business models and divisions
    • Ability to define or contribute to definition of long term vision and strategy for Use Case and Data Access management
    • Experience in Stakeholder Engagement – Clear articulation of Vision & Purpose, influencing w/o authority & great communication skills
    • Experience in Product Ownership/Management, ability to work with a diverse, multi-functional team (business, IT, data analysts, PMO)
    • Strong business acumen and some technical experience to be able to translate/ manage communication between business and technical teams

    What will be your key responsibilities?

    • Contribute to the definition of Use Case Governance and Data Access Management strategy for Mars Petcare and define milestone plan for implementation across all divisions in Petcare.
    • Be the global owner for Use Case and Data Access Governance policies, processes and toolset, develop and improve them as per requirements of evolving legal and business environment for Mars Petcare, as well as liaise with and influence Corporate governance function in Use Case and Data Access governance matters.
    • Manage global program delivery and evolution of Use Case Governance framework across all divisions of Mars Global Petcare segment.
