I support women who are looking to make changes to their careers.
For several years I worked in policy in government.

This has helped me understand the physical, mental and emotional demands of office work and become a better career coach.

Whilst travelling and living abroad, and constantly getting out of my comfort-zone, I also learned to be resilient and stay focussed on my goals.

For over a year, I worked as a full time Career Coach at the local council in Bath supporting residents to find work – having been clear on what they truly find fulfilling – and also provided them with information on interview skills and available resources as relevant to their goals.

I uphold the main four principles of coaching, i.e. confidentiality, non-judgement, non-directive approach and an acknowledgement that the client is naturally creative and resourceful.
