    The Role:
    Silcom Recruitment is on the lookout for a Sales Executive to join a dealer group based in Portsmouth.
    Our client operates out of a brand new, state of the art facility, with a and a unique product. Ability to sell both new and used vehicles.
    The ideal candidate will hold a full UK Driver's License, relevant product knowledge and motor trade experience required.

    Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:
    Adhere strictly to the manufacturer's sales process, covering all aspects from initial inquiry handling to test drives and follow-ups.
    Maintain showroom appearance, displays, customer information, and sales activities to manufacturer standards, including vehicle documentation and display.
    Utilise diverse sources to prospect for both new and used car customers, employing effective follow-up procedures to nurture relationships.

    Oversee the preparation and delivery of sold vehicles, providing comprehensive briefings on vehicle operation, and introducing customers to the aftersales department.

    Participate in sales campaign planning and promotions to enhance sales penetration, actively engaging in both on-site and off-site promotions.
    Conduct accurate appraisals of vehicles offered for part exchange.


    The Package:


    Basic salary of £25,000 with an OTE of up to £48,000 + Company CarMonday to Saturday with a designated day off in the week.

    Sunday rota.
