    Sous Chef, 5* Hotel, near Oban Scotland, £40k + live in accommodationRecruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join the 3AA rosette fine dining restaurant at this award winning, luxury 5* hotel near Oban, Scotland.

    The hotel houses 2 restaurants as well providing food in the bar area.

    The 3AA Rosette fine dining restaurant offers exquisite food using the highest quality seasonal ingredients and produce with herbs and vegetables grown in the hotel's Kitchen Garden, honey from the hotel apiaries and additional ingredients foraged from the surrounding area.

    There is also a high standard main restaurant serving a diverse a la carte menu.

    As the Sous Chef, you will be * Working alongside the Head Chef to produce stunning food
    • Supporting with the running of the kitchen and service
    • Leading and motivating the team as well as encouraging a passion for food and standard
    • Take responsibility in the absence of the Head Chef

    • Use of leisure facilitiesYou, as the ideal candidate, would be an experienced Sous Chef with a proven career history with a min of 2 years at Sous Chef level experienced within a 5 hotel and/or rosette kitchen (min 2 rosette) - essential creative with flair genuinely passionate about exceptional food and ingredients attentive to detail and presentation able to lead, manage and motivate a team and work as a team player able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and reasonable flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitudeInterested?
