- Working as part of the Billing Team, the post holder will manage the setup of all aspects of lease management, ensuring the timely creation of all new leases are set up and maintained. They will manage our client's and tenant's expectations. This role will require regular interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, liaising with various groups to ensure accurate processing.
Key Responsibilities - Set up of all new leases and maintenance of lease management across all CBRE client hosted systems.
- Help resolve queries with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring mínimal risk and accuracy of lease data.
- Ensure all lease management process documentation is kept up to date and accurate in accordance to our clients SLA's & KPI's
- Work with our internal stakeholders (Surveyors, Administrators and Lease Ops Team) to ensure correct data
- Prepare, manipulate, and load lease data into our Property Systems
- Query and challenge instructions and validate billing data
Person Specification/Requirements
- Property Management background would be advantageous
- Property accounting knowledge would be beneficial
- Excellent Technical skills
- IT, Word, Excel, Adobe etc, and ability to pick up new systems
- Experienced in reviewing and analysing complex data
- Strong verbal and written communication at all levels, including with peers, managers, and internal/external customers
- An ability to negotiate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
- Able to work under own initiative in a busy environment
