General Operative

Location - Boston, Lincolnshire

Rate of pay - Starting at £10.42 Per hour.

Start - ASAP

Shift - Days & Nights

CDS Labour are currently looking to recruit several General Operatives in the Boston area of Lincolnshire that will be working as part of a team on site.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the company
Assist with loading and unloading materials and products
Operate machinery and equipment as needed
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and timely

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to work different shifts as required
