    As Payroll Assistant you are part of the Luxottica Retail UK Payroll team. We currently process 5 retail payrolls across 5 different countries. Our UK payroll is processed using an in-house system and our international payrolls have a third-party payroll vendor.

    Ideally you will have worked in a fast-paced payroll environment previously and are happy working with various systems including Time & Attendance and SAP for example. Your main duties will include collating payroll input from stores and formatting and uploading these into the monthly input files and sending these across to the vendor for processing, as well as processing sickness, maternity and reconciling payroll input and pensions.

    You will need to be proactive and, where possible, find solutions to problems that may help to streamline and simplify our current processes.

    Do you have?

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Capability to thrive under pressure to achieve results within tight deadlines
    • Good excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups essential)
    • 2 years minimum experience as a payroll assistant
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
