Senior Support Analyst Location:
London

A leading Trading Firm is looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join the team in their London offices.

They offer a wide range of financial products and services to over twenty million customers globally.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement lasting technology solutions as well as support the existing application.

The role will involve providing 1st/2nd line application support
You will be responsible for offering engagement with a range of stakeholders from front to back office
Provide ad-hoc reporting tools for business groups
On-call, weekend, bank holiday and shift work may be required
C++, Java or Python
Experience working in front to back office is necessary
Have knowledge of assessing trading systems to investigate trade breaks, data, and performance problems
Linux RH, Windows Server, Oracle, SQL, Python
Past experience working with Business Analysts, Developers and Infrastructure Support Team is advantageous
SQL or experience in programming languages such as Python scripting is essential
