We have an exciting opportunity to join us at Devon Partnership NHS Trust as a Strategic Workforce Planner working 22.5 hours per week (0.6wte) with a mixed model of home and on-site working.


The Strategic Workforce Planner is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Head of Strategic Resourcing, and as a senior professional will work autonomously.


Working jointly with senior finance colleagues and the Directorate Management Teams, the Strategic Workforce Planner will positively impact Trust service delivery and financial sustainability by supporting the development of an efficient, highly skilled and value for money long-term workforce plan.


The post holder will have leadership oversight of our Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system and management of workforce information, line managing our Workforce System and Information Manager who manages our ESR team.

Supporting a proactive approach and being ambitious in implementing functionality in support of the Trust and department objectives.
