About the role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for fleet compliance & admin including tachograph, WTD and the co-ordination of vehicle maintenance scheduling, carrying out vehicle checks and the movement of vehicles between our depots and service providers.

Included in the role is the need to support day to day aspects administrative tasks within the office, ensuring data inputs are processed accurately within requisite time scales.

What you will be doing

Effectively supervising the site in accordance with business and legislative requirements
Supporting safe management accordance with the Safety Management system to meet compliance and driving a safety culture
Adhering with transport compliance, including vehicle maintenance, driver's hours and tachograph regulations in addition to working time directive regulations
Compliance of company processes and procedures relating to stocks, financial controls within the operating system (CODAS)
Complying to Flogas operating procedures and works instructions
Supervision of Drivers.

About You

Hold a Class 1 licence
Must be flexible and willing to work additional hours (including some weekend working)
Ability to work in a team or on own initiative
Professional and positive attitude
Must be committed to provide excellent customer service
