About the role

The role involves arrange of administrative tasks on various computer system to ensure that the telemetry devices on customer tanks are working correctly.

The role also involves taking phone calls from technicians, engineers and contractors to validate the fitted telemetry device is working correctly.

What you will be doing

Maintain telemetry data in the SIMA system
Amend customer account data in our CODAS ERP system
Take phone calls from technicians to validate the fitment has worked.
Update Excel reports

About You

Attention to detail to ensure the device is installed correctly.
An aptitude to be selfmotivated to perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to work with colleagues to ensure that the device is installed correctly.
Reasonable ability to type accurately and quickly
