- Assess and monitor the physical health of residents within care plans ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is up to date
- To offer support and supervise all care staff or new recruits
- Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
- Complying with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
- Valid UK NMC pin

The home
Nightingale Care Home situated in Dungannon. Nursing home with maximum of 46 Service users. Categories of care: - Physical disability other than sensory impairment – over 65 years, terminally ill, Dementia, Mental disorder excluding learning disability or dementia.
The Role
Within this role you will be required to undertake and manage all aspects of resident's care through the assessing, planning and evaluating of the care needs of each individual.
