So, who are we looking for and what will you be doing?

Print finisher
New positions are now available due to increased workloads.

Are you hard-working, passionate and a committed team player?

Do you have previous print finishing experience and take pride in the work you do?
We're excited to be able to offer these great new roles within our production team.
We are a well-established print facility in Newcastle and we are looking to expand our finishing department.

We want to find the right people with the right skills and knowledge to help us develop our current setup.


The Various duties would include:


  • Quality control finished products for packing
  • Operate Adpak shrink wrapping machines
  • Hand Taping to produce folders etc
  • Set up and operate various drilling machines Citoborma 490/Soag
  • Operate Hohner hand stitching machine
  • Set up and operate Rhinotuff wiro machine
- hand collating and inserting

  • General Bench work and assist on folders and stitching lines if needed

Requirements:


  • Experience in the above would be preferred but training would be given if needed
  • Able to produce accurate, final products to the highest standards
  • Committed to a culture of quality
  • Able to work at ease under instruction and independently
  • Recognises the importance of teamwork
  • Is prepared to be flexible to meet the demands of the business
  • Comfortable working on your own initiative
  • The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Able to follow instructions on job sheets
  • Good numerical and organisational skills
Wage negotiable depending on experience


Required Personal Attributes:


  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Punctual with good timekeeping
  • Keenness to learn
  • The desire to progress within a production environment

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability
