    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and delivery of strategic marketing activation plans with our 3rd party brands through the joint business planning process, aligning on mutual commercial and customer objectives to drive incremental growth.
    • Own all partnership marketing funding, building activation packages based on brand budgets and objectives and partnering with the Buying team to hit KPI's and feed into brand JBPs.
    • Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to analyse performance and learnings to apply a data led approach to the curation of tailored brand activation plans.
    • Proactively identify and pitch incremental, tactical opportunities for 3rd party brand activation for additional exposure and funding.
    • Lead the project management of all activations, from brand pitching through to activation and post-campaign reporting, ensuring all execution is delivered on time and in line with commitments, meeting brand partners' objectives and expectations.
    • Create post-campaign reports, collaborating with internal teams to gather data and learnings, to demonstrate results to brand partners.
    • Build exceptional relationships with 3rd party account and marketing teams to ensure the best possible collaboration and execution of activations.

    Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed:

    • Proven experience as a customer focused commercial marketer where you've had success in building and delivering innovative activation plans that authentically represent the target customer, partnering with both Commercial and Creative teams to deliver growth.
    • Previous experience working in the retail sector.
    • Strong attention to detail with a right first-time mindset.
    • Pro-active and solutions focused, with strong initiative and an ability to thrive on change in a fast-paced environment.
    • A strong communicator with an ability to lead, influence and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholder groups, both internally and externally.
    • Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects.
    • Internal and external stakeholder management.
    • Committed to working as part of a team.
    • Passionate about all thing's beauty with a demonstratable understanding of sector and non-sector competitor set.
