A well-established FinTech company have an opening to join their Sales Operations team.

The main responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process for their clients, producing documentation, and managing ongoing client relationships.

They are looking for someone with 1-4 years' work experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients and manage existing clients accounts.
Provide sales support.
Create Know Your Client (KYC) documents and ensure they are kept up to date.
Ensure all client information, contact details and service details are managed and tracked in the CRM software.
Analyse data within the CRM software.
Suggest and implement improvements to the sales and onboarding processes
Prepare and track onboarding documentation including legal documents and presentations.

Skills:

Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Experience working in client and/or stakeholder facing roles.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
Knowledge of CRM Tools is beneficial (they use Salesforce)
Experience Working in finance or sales is beneficial.
