We are currently recruiting for a highly reputable Architectural Firm based in London who are expanding the team and seeking a Part 2 / Architectural Assistant to join the business.

Please note, for this role it is essential you have had experience of working on Private Residential projects._

_Responsibilities_:

Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and translate them into detailed architectural plans and drawings.
Complete Design and Access statements and heritage reports
Have a strong aptitude for technical drawings
Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure project compliance and innovation
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and assist in the presentation of design proposals.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
Integrate sustainable design principles into projects, striving for environmentally responsible and energyefficient solutions.

_Your Experience:
_

Qualified Part 2 with previous professional experience
Previous experience working in an architectural firm, preferably in a similar role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (advantageous but not essential) SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
It is essential you have had experience of working on Private Residential projects
