Well established regional firm seeks an ambitious senior associate to join their successful insolvency team.
Our client seeks to appoint a senior associate (or equivalent) with at least 5 years PQE to join their successful insolvency department.
Working in a friendly, partner led team you'll have exposure to broad ranging matters relating to corporate recovery, corporate insolvency, distressed lending, restructuring, company liquidation and administration as well as property related issues.
Supporting company directors, business owners and equity holders and companies dealing with financial issues, you'll work with insolvency practitioners, asset based lenders, banks and administrators to provide bespoke, commercial solutions including advising on the acquisition or disposal of distressed companies and other corporate transactions and encompassing all manner of non-contentious insolvency related matters as well as contentious advice, working on complex insolvency related litigation matters.
You will have gained experience working in another recognised restructuring and insolvency practice.The firm is interested to speak to lawyers with a mixed contentious and non-contentious practice or those with a preference for one or the other.
