Fintelligent is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join an award-winning financial organisation based in Warrington that is currently going through extreme company growth and is looking to develop its sales team.

This full-time sales role offers a salary of up to £28,000 with an OTE of £32,000 and a salary increase after 12 months.


As a skilled Customer Service Advisor, you will deal with warm leads from partners and make outbound calls to discuss customers' needs and find the best product for them.

You will also support the customer from start to finish and ensure that you have all the correct documents for the customer.

To succeed in this Customer Service Advisor role, you must have sales experience, this could be gained from a phone-based role, retail or hospitality.

You also must be confident working in a target-guided environment.

Ideally, you will have a car due to location; however, a free shuttle bus is available from the local train station.
