- Checking the Arrivals Listing for deliveries that require booking in. Scheduling booking of the deliveries according to the relevant delivery date.
- Collating and checking all the required paperwork for costs. Liaising with the supplier and internal staff as and when necessary.
- Liaise with Warehouse/Logistics/Product and Purchasing teams re deliveries/queries.
- Post invoices to Purchase Ledger.
- Other ad hoc duties as required within the Finance Team
- Good organisational and numeracy skills
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Education/Experience:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet - including basic formatting
- Confident telephone manner when dealing with suppliers and colleagues
- Basic knowledge of AX desirable, but not essential as training given
