Lead the Quality Inspection department and ensure parts and products are checked promptly to support customer delivery requirements.
Use precision measuring equipment such as CMMs to inspect machined parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
Complete final inspection of completed products, including witness of performance tests and final documentation records.
Possess excellent personal skills to help motivate and drive a team and communicate with customers regularly.
Create, maintain, and perform Risk Assessments and COSHH documentation for the Quality Control department.
Ensure all individuals within the QC team are competent to undertake designated roles and monitor performance.
