Working in our Geospatial division, you will lead our Aerial Survey Task Specialist and Flight Operations Teams in this newly created role.
The team has grown within the last twelve months and we are now looking for someone who can effectively manage, motivate and engage the team.
This highly collaborative role alongside our Data Operations, Aerial Survey, Marine Wildlife Survey and Remote sensing teams helping to produce detailed survey data for our clients.

About the role
As Head of Aerial Survey Delivery, you will take charge of the monthly flight programme and ground operations programme and you will manage the aerial survey operations.
Your team will monitor flight operations, maintaining knowledge of flight planning procedures and providing briefs and guides to the team.
Health and safety will play a large part in this role, ensuring daily flight safety standards, risk assessments and providing resolutions to any incidents.
Ultimately you will be responsible for the Aerial Survey team ensuring the team are engaged, meeting their objectives whilst ensuring there is support towards career and personal development.
About you
Ideally you will have experience in aviation or a relevant sector, such as the military, rail industry, utilities or Aerospace sector.
We have a team of highly skilled experts within the Aerial Delivery team; so you don't necessarily need aviation experience.
However, you do need survey experience and be able to demonstrate that you have effectively managed a large team of technical people to success.
You will be a highly skilled communicator that can effectively engage with stakeholders with the ability to influence and persuade when necessary.
This is a fast-paced role, therefore you will have experience of managing projects and working to tight deadlines. You'll be an advanced user of technology and enjoy working with and using data to make commercial decisions.Next steps
