    Description

    Are you experienced developing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing process control plans? Our client is a growing and well-respected precision manufacturing business, and they're looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join their reputable organisation.

    Process Engineer Permanent Salary dependent on experience Derbyshire Monday – Thursday 07:15am – 16:00pm / Friday 07:15am – 12:15pm Process Engineer Job Description
    Assist in the resolution of manufacturing issues
    Identify and initiate process improvements in conjunction with the production management team
    Apply Lean manufacturing and best practices to maximise manufacturing efficiencies
    Monitoring and developing new manufacturing and production processes
    Work closely with Production to ensure product quality and process capability is delivered
    Strong knowledge of CNC machining and machining processes (milling, turning, grinding)
    Experience in a similar position improving manufacturing processes and procedures
    Knowledge/experience of Six Sigma, process excellence tools, Lean manufacturing methodologies or similar
    Proficient skills using MS Office packages
