Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Permanent role


Salary: 35k - 40K

Search Consultancy are currently working with Edinburgh based Financial client on a Conduct Analyst position on a permanent basis.
The hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, with the option of working hybrid.

Duties involved in this role will include:

  • Shaping and scoping requirements for reports on both regular reviews and themed reviews.
  • Plan and complete regular reviews. Required to be comfortable with completing data analysis and working with an advisor audience
  • Required to plan and deliver of agreed schedule of themed reviews, to make recommendations for improvements to process, policy, systems and literature.
  • To be aware of any regulatory and changes within legislation, considering the impact to their services, existing monitoring, customer journey, and any new monitoring requirements to ensure they continue to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Produce accurate and useful MI monthly, to be reviewed at the Product Governance Working Group and the Customer Committee.
  • Manage relationships with the key stakeholders throughout the business and also the adviser firms to ensure we're working to deliver positive customer outcomes.
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

  • Knowledgeable of system and reporting tools and understanding of product governance and risk frameworks
  • Good understanding of NFG and (or) JHP products / procedures and a want to develop a strong understanding of the new platform and pre & post migration.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable using excel and using all systems available to gather & analyse data & client accounts
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills, ability to work collaboratively, ability to develop and maintain strong relationships throughout the business & users of the firm
  • Ability to work proactively and to prioritise monthly tasks and react timely to emerging themes & articulate potential poor outcomes.
  • Comfortable with delivering written report & presentations
