    We are seeking a superstar candidate to join a lovely and busy team. This is a varied position which includes EA support, Office Management, and client and event responsibilities.

    It would suit someone who has worked in a start-up or similar environment and is used to managing many tasks at a time, as well as being able to pivot as priorities change. Someone with a positive attitude and energy would work well in this role.

    The successful candidate will support all aspects of the day-to-day running of the office and the team's requirements. It needs an individual who is highly organised, loves wearing any hat and is happy to get stuck in. You must be adept in managing multiple priorities, autonomous and proactive in ensuring the efficient completion of tasks, and work with the team to manage priorities and deadlines.     Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administration support to the team including complex calendars across time zones
    • Seamlessly coordinate both domestic and international complex travel arrangements
    • Answering calls and enquiries; meeting and greeting visitors
    • Create and implement processes and systems to elevate the efficiency of administrative processes
    • Support with marketing administration
    • Overseeing the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the office
    • Ensuring the office is kept to a high standard for visitors
    • Overseeing relationships with cleaning maintenance and office supplier
    • Managing meeting rooms
    • Assisting with technical issues, dealing with conference software and equipment etc.
    • Ordering and maintaining office supplies e.g. coffee, stationery etc.
    • Support the team with client events
    • Take diligent notes and highlight key actions and follow-ups
    • Researching and managing budgets attached to events
    • Collaborating with the team to support various projects and initiatives demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

    Requirements

    • 8+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant - C-Suite / high-level support [essential]
    • Experience in office management and facilities maintenance [essential]
    • Start-up / Venture Capital or Finance experience favoured
    • Excellent knowledge of London venues and restaurants and demonstrated experience coordinating events
    • Good understanding of IT for conferences etc.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Marketing administrative experience
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
    • Well-organised ability to multi-task with excellent follow-up skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong work ethic, agile and ability to pivot with haste towards priorities
    • Proactive and "can do" attitude
    • Problem-solving capabilities
