- A strategic thinker, but equally hands-on and execution-focused.
- Experience implementing a scalable and sustainable people strategy and creating documentation, policies and procedures from scratch.
- Excellent knowledge of UK labour law and HR practices.
- Ideally experience working in a global organisation with a UK centric remit.
- Ideally some experience in a standalone HR role.

Eton Bridge Partners is working with a leading global sports organisation to appoint their first Head of HR for the growing UK office.
