The Company
Why would I want to work here?
Initial training will be done in London for the first few days. This role allows full flexibility to work from home. The role comes with 25 days holiday plus bank holiday. Working hours are 9am to 5.30pm with can be flexible. Support from the consultantsand the chance to achieve a bonus.
The scope of the role
Supporting 3 consultants, ensuring all administration and operations are running smoothly, to free up their team to consult with members and families.
The essence of the role
- Accurately manage CRM system, logging client information and origin of enquiry
- Complete prescreening questionnaire, e.g. nature of enquiry, services required, location
- Book in consultation and take payment, closing appointment sale where possible
- Generate sales invoices
- Manage Directors and Consultants diaries, arranging zoom or face to face meetings with clients
- Send out literature to new clients
- Develop ongoing relationships with prospective customers
- Create monthly newsletters for members
Prerequisites
- High efficient and experience of managing multiple diaries and calendars
- Experience of speaking with clients and booking in consultations
- Can identify sales opportunities and refer to consultants
- Experience of working within professional services or as a PA
