We are recruiting for a Store Manager to join our team at Walcote Service Station, Lutterworth Road, Walcote, Nr Market Harborough LE17 4JW.

The Store Manager main responsibility is to manage a retail convenience store and forecourt. Leading the team setting consistently high standards and delivering excellent customer service. Promoting sales and leading the financial performance of the store.

Main Responsibilities:
Managing instore facilities to ensure brand standards are metMeeting targets, managing costs, wages, waste and cash shortagesManaging stock, ordering and deliveries ensuring all shortages damages are reported within the correct timelinesEnsure customers are served quickly, professionally with excellent customer serviceRecruit and manage the performance of your team ensuring the correct level of training for their roleEnsure all the daily cashing, banking tasks are completed accurately within the allocated timelinesMaxising sales by ensuring product availability across the store, managing merchandising and in-store promotionsImplementing company policies, procedures to ensure the store operates in a safe and legal manner to cover all aspects of food safetyManaging the store and forecourt ensuring high standards are metTo see in fuel deliveries safely and legally to meet the needs of the businessTo manage the retail sale of alcoholTo over see food preparation and the cooking of bake-off productsADZN1_UKTJ
