Description:


The ServiceNow Advisory Solution Consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships across 2-3 clients, in addition to providing strategic customers with product and solution advice during sales pursuits.

The ServiceNow Advisory Solution Consultant will drive product adoption, renewals, and expansion of ServiceNow offerings with the clients.


You will have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with a demonstrable understanding of Enterprise Service Management concepts and principles together with experience of working with quality control and testing standards.


Requirements:


  • Experience working with and advising very large enterprises (10,000+ employees).
  • Deep expertise in one Industry, with minor expertise in one or two additional industries.
  • Experience identifying business objectives and solving business challenges.
  • Detailed knowledge of ServiceNow and experience with multiple product suites, e.g. IT + HR/CSM/ITBM.
  • Exhibits prior or current technical expertise in enterprise SaaS based web technologies and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Successful experience integrating with other client functions (Sales, Solution Consultants, Product Line, Services) in developing and implementing client strategies.
  • Able to articulate and logically communicate concepts with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts.
