MI Analyst – SQL, Power BI, Insurance, Permanent - £60,000

A well-respected London Market Insurer is searching for an MI Analyst to join their Business Insights team.

The main purpose of this position will be to deliver reports against various business areas including Underwriting, Operations and Claims.

You'll be required to engage with various business units to better understand what requirements they're looking for in their reporting needs, to provide trends and insights against their data.

Core Delivery:
key functions across the business with data and analytics and identify any areas where enhancements could be made.
closely with Technical and Business teams to resolve issues with a data and analytics approach.
new software and concepts that could assist the MI department or wider business operations.
high quality reporting on business activity.

The successful candidate will have the following:
imperative that you have a minimum of 3 years creating reports in Power BI & SQL Server Management Studio.

also imperative that you have a minimum of a year working within an insurance business as you need to understand the nuances of the market.
