With a commitment to excellence and innovation, I am seeking a highly skilled Head of National Accounts to drive our national sales strategy and foster key relationships with our esteemed clients.

As the Head of National Accounts, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to maximize sales and profitability across the national account portfolio.

You will lead a team of account managers, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional customer service.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets for national accounts.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of national account managers to achieve individual and collective sales objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in delivering solutions to clients.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Proven track record of success in a senior sales or account management role, preferably within the wholesale or distribution industry.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
