Description

So, you're an administrator looking for a new challenge. How about an exciting role working on a military estate in support of our Army customers? You'll get to support the delivery of several maintenance projects. Join a great team at Aspire Defence Services
As an Estates Administrator, you'll be supporting the maintenance team based on the military estate with administrative tasks.

These tasks include documenting and maintaining accurate and effective information on the IT database/system to assist in the production of standard reports and analyses that will be used in the delivery of planned preventive maintenance projects.

This role is the central hub of the entire team. No paperwork or document goes in or out without you knowing. This means you'll have to be organised and able to file documents appropriately.

As the all-seeing eye of the team, you'll also need to have good communication skills, because you'll need to liaise with team members and contractors to help effectively manage and prioritise the team's workload to ensure jobs are delivered in a timely manner.

You'll work independently, but you're never fully alone and will always have regular team meetings with a Support Manager who will provide you with everything you need to be great at your job.

And you'll always get continued training to help further develop your skills, so that when you're ready to move your career to the next level, you'll be prepared.

But first, meet the team

With a 35-year contract, making soldiers' lives better is at the heart of everything we do at Aspire Defence Services.

That's our mission; to deliver a modern, fully serviced, flexible working environment for soldiers.

And just as the heart needs certain parts to keep the body alive, we need the dedication and commitment of our people to support our customers.

We deliver a broad range of services for one-third of the British Army living and working on our patch, and we're proud of the work we do.

We're all about nurturing great teams, and our award-winning safety and wellbeing initiatives are built on keeping an eye out for one another and having a good work-life balance.
