Job Title:
T&C Expert

Start Date:
As soon as possible

Duration: 3 months

Day Rate:
£350 (via umbrella)

Location:
Remote with some field work

The role:

To deliver regulatory oversight to appointed representative firms and registered individuals and ensure Treating Customers Fairly principles are embedded.

Experience & Knowledge:

You will be experienced in field supervision or compliance monitoring (ideally around 3-5 years minimum)

A competent assessor of adviser competence who can deliver feedback.
You will be a confident communicator, particularly skilled in questioning.
Be able to display sound judgment when assessing risks and developing action plans.
You will also have strong analytical approach and inquisitive nature
Experience of Network/National and IFA/restricted advice models
QCF Level 4 or equivalent Compliance & Risk qualification are desirable.
