Hours:

07:30 to 16:30,
Monday to Friday,
Flexibility to work from home

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for Project Manager/s
Provide Tech Sub & Project Set Up
Provide assistance for UFH Design using AutoCAD
Compile Risk & Method Statements (RAMS)
Document Control
Supplier & Subcontractor Invoicing and Purchase Orders
Responsible for 2nd Fix & Balancing
Compile O&M
Provide Sub-Contractor support for compliance (i.e., Toolbox Talks)
Telecommunications

Key Role Requirements

Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role within the construction industry Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Good numerical skills & commercial awareness
Strong organisation and time management skills
Good IT & literacy skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Thrives under pressure working within deadlines
Full and valid UK Driving Licence
Previous experience of working with AutoCAD with an understanding of technical drawings would be advantageous
