I am currently working on behalf of a Regional West Midlands Contractor, who are looking to expand their team with a Project Manager.

They specialise in a plethora of projects including industrial, educational, health care, and multiroom to the value of around £40 million.

The scheme you will be working on is a high rise commercial building in central Birmingham value circa £25million. This has both new build and refurbishment elements.

Working in conjunction with the site team, ensuring accurate construction whilst maintaining quality and progress.

• Responsible for providing sound advice, guidance, and support to the project team throughout pre-construction and construction phases.
• Ensure quality of workmanship in line company expectations.
• Deliver projects to agreed program of works.
• Person management/Delegation skills.
• Experience delivering a mixture of projects to include new build and refurbishments.
• A good understanding of the building regulations, local authority agreements.
• SMSTS, First Aid, NVQ Level 6 (desirable)
