Description

Specialist food manufacturing facility is looking to hire an Operations Manager to maximise profitability, reduce waste and continually develop production and hygiene strategies.


This role requires someone with excellent people / management skills in addition to a strategic and analytical mindset to push production capabilities.


  • Investigate methods of improving product quality and client satisfaction
  • Production data collection
  • Maintain and exceed exceptional standards of hygiene in production areas
  • Ensure reporting Managers are working towards agreed KPI's with their teams (Staffing, costs, absences, skills etc)
  • Identify and drive forward any actions for change and improvements
  • Training and development plans for Managers and Supervisors
  • Mentor senior production managers when implementing continuous improvement for new and improved manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Ensure you and others understand and adhere to Health and Safety requirements


Salary for this role will be D.O.E but between £65,000 and £80,000 per annum plus benefits including pension, enhanced holiday, healthcare, discounted share schemes and more.
