    About the Role As we embark on our journey to enhance our recently launched SuccessFactors modules, we are looking for a passionate individual to join our team.

    We are dedicated to making this platform meet everyone's expectations, maximise the investment and value to the business.

    Our team is proactively looking for business improvements and providing outward facing customer support, while helping the business consume HR data and system usage in a user friendly and agile way.

    In addition to our journey to enhance our SuccessFactors package, we are also striving to develop innovative ways of working, to streamline current process' across our HR function.

    What you'll get to work on
    Providing HR systems support to back-office HR teams and end users.
    Maintaining the SuccessFactors HR organisational structure, including the creation and amendment of positions and alignment changes.
    Carrying out data cleansing activities across multiple systems
    Producing/creating ad-hoc HR related reports for all business areas using a range of reporting tools.
    Supporting HR systems and data projects
    Developing effective solutions to system related queries/issues.

    Provide support on automation of processes to the wider HR function and business, applying knowledge of technology to the individual HR areas.

    What are we looking for
    Excellent problem-solving skills, with a solution finding approach and resilience on tackling challenges
    In-depth understanding of core HR within SAP and SuccessFactors, experience of completing transactional tasks
    Expertise maintaining data and carrying out data integrity/cleansing processes
    Proven data reporting ability through producing/building reports and analysing data
    Excellent IT skills including the use of the Microsoft Office suite and understanding of MS Excel formulas (e.g. VLOOKUPs)
    Organisational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
    Ability to work effectively as a team and individually, staying focused and organised
    Understanding of best practices with data that will prevent our team / Cadent from having any data breaches
