Our Long Eaton based client are looking for an organised and accurate Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
You will be offering support to existing customers and maintaining strong relationships as well as providing admin support. You will also be involved in the recruitment administration for the company.Salary:
£24,000 - £25,000
Sales Administrator - The Role:
- Maintaining customer relationships through aftersales support, ensuring they receive a great service.
- Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries and answering incoming calls.
- Keeping the CRM system up to date.
- Managing expenses.
- Monitoring of the inbox.
- Recruitment administration adverting roles, liaising with agencies, organising interviews.
- Administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people skills
- IT Literate
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Driven and able to use initiative
- Organised
