    Gleeson Recruitment Group are seeking a highly motivated and driven Finance Business Partner to support our PE backed client based in Coventry. With a hybrid working policy and salary of up to £49,000 + bonus on offer, the successful candidate will be on a fast-track progression route. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with operational colleagues to produce accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting, as well as regular forecasts. The business have gone through a period of transformation and are now on a path of growth, so will provide excellent progression opportunities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Liaising with operational managers to ensure timely production of reliable management information at month end, including variance analysis and reporting on contract performance
    • Utilise reporting tools to provide insightful analysis for Regional Managers to improve performance
    • Participating in the annual budget and regular forecasting process, including liaising with operational managers to develop budgets
    • Take ownership of the regular budgets and forecasts to then relay to senior finance
    • Monitoring budgets and forecasts against actuals, investigating and providing analysis of any differences
    • Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations on time and investigating any differences
    • Communicating results to the finance manager to ensure a consistent message is received for the region
    • Managing aged debt and accrued income for contracts under responsibility
    • Supporting the wider finance and operational team and acting as an effective business partner to resolve issues on a timely basis as required

    About You:

    • ACCA/CIMA Qualified
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to a variety of stakeholders
    • Ability to detail and present information up to senior leadership
    • Focused on delivering objectives and deadline driven
    • Production and ownership of accurate, timely and robust management accounts
    • Full driving licence preferred/essential due to location, prepared to travel to sites
    • Strong relationship building and communication skills, strength of character to be seen to supporting operational colleagues as well as providing adequate levels of challenge to forecasts and financial performance
