*The role:Air Publishing are looking for an IT support agent role to join the business.
We are looking for a driven individual who is able to communicate with confidence with our customers and individuals within our wider group business.
The role requires working in a team to resolve issues our customers may have.*What's on offer?

£26,000 - £30,000

- Experience of customer service and ecommerce preferred but not essential.
- Recording events, issues and questions via a ticketing portal, updating clients in a timely manner and following tickets through to resolution.
- Liaise with team to deliver top level customer experience Document any system defects that have not already been reported.
- Provide support to the Operations Manager by taking ownership of shared mailboxes. Producing daily/weekly/monthly reports for the Operations Manager.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Proactive attitude when things go wrong.
- Ability to work under time and completion deadlines.
- Take responsibility for own actions and development.
- Receive feedback in a positive manner, actively build positive relationships.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as and when required.
- Good analytical Skills.
