Our client seeks to recruit a Manager of Site Engineering for what is an outstanding opportunity, on a residential basis in beautiful Somerset, UK (location on request)

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the engineering functions critical to the plant's operation.

You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians and develop and execute maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment, while also spearheading engineering projects aimed at process improvement and technology integration

Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians responsible for plant maintenance, operations, and improvement projects.
Oversee the management of plant assets including machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and longevity.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, reducing waste, improving productivity, and enhancing product quality.
Manage contractor relationships and ensure work is performed according to specifications and timelines.
