Required/ Desirable Skills for the chosen 1st Liner:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support position
- Office 365 experience
- Telephony
- 3cx or VoIP
- Widows' servers
- Active Directory and Azure
- LAN/WAN troubleshooting
- HyperV (desirable)
- SQL Server (desirable)
