**1st line IT Support Engineer

  • Wigan
- £26k**My well-established and forward-thinking client are on the hunt for their next recruit. My client is now looking to add a driven 1st line IT Support Engineer to their Helpdesk on a permanent basis.


This is a really existing opportunity as my client boasts incredible progression opportunities and are genuine investors in their employees.

A day to day would be working on the busy Helpdesk providing top tier 1st line support to clients whilst deliveringexcellent customer service


Required/ Desirable Skills for the chosen 1st Liner:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support position
  • Office 365 experience
  • Telephony
  • 3cx or VoIP
  • Widows' servers
  • Active Directory and Azure
  • LAN/WAN troubleshooting
  • HyperV (desirable)
  • SQL Server (desirable)
