Independently produce and present robust, competitive, and considered budgets, cost plans and estimates for new projects across our various and exciting market sectors.

• Production and presentation of Estimates and Cost Plans for Reds10 Projects, on time and in full.
• Development and input into Pre-Construction Risk and Opportunity Registers
• Building healthy, constructive, professional relationships with colleagues in Bid Management, Commercial, Technical and Procurement to drive improvement.
• Comply with all Reds10 ISO requirements such as following company policies and procedures, attending compulsory training sessions and actively working towards objectives.

• 25 days Holiday (pro-rata) - 3 are kept back for Christmas as the office is closed between Christmas and New Year.
