AJ Chambers is working with a regional law firm, looking to recruit for their Private Client department. They are seeking an NQ to join their Peterborough office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on Wills, probate and estate planning matters
  • Drafting and preparing Wills, trusts and other estate planning documents
  • Dealing with probate and administration of estates
  • Negotiating and resolving estate disputes
  • Meet the firm's billing and performance targets

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor or Barrister
  • Excellent legal knowledge and experience in Wills and Probate law
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
