Due to a continued period of substantial growth, our long established client is looking for an experience Network Engineer to join them in delivering and maintaining the highest level of service that their clients have come to expect.

You will be working in a small team with a chance to make a real impact and gain exposure to a variety of different environments.

On top of this, the experience in the wider team, combined with the paid access to external training and qualifications willput you in a great position to develop your skills further and advance your career.

This role will be based in the central London office, however, will also require regular travel across London to provide onsite support.

Starting salary on offer is £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, along with 30 days holiday + 1 day for your birthday,private healthcare, Optical, Audio and Dental coverage amongst a variety of other great benefits.

Here's what the role will involve

Providing both off and onsite support for clients network infrastructure
Acting as the first point of contact for network escalations from the 2nd & 3rd line teams, assessing and resolving problems within the agreed SLA's
Floor walking and supporting the service desk teams
Working on Cisco switches, Cisco Meraki, routing and switching, firewalls & security, WAN/LAN, configuration and troubleshooting

What we'll need from you

A proactive, trustworthy and reliable personality with the resilience, drive and adaptability to reactively and proactively support your client base
An ability to work at pace whilst ensuring service is not compromised
You will hold a CCNA or CCNP accreditation
