Jackson Hogg are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant for a fantastic client based in Ponteland.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and PA support to Office Manager, Accountant and CEO on a range of different duties and projects.
  • IT / Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have a good understanding of IT and be the initial contact for dealing with any IT issues from staff. Liaison with external IT Support Company.
  • Sharepoint Data Management System ensuring that it is kept up to date and in an orderly manner so that documents and records can be located easily. Providing assistance / training to other staff members when needed.
  • ISO900 have an understanding of the accreditation and take over full responsibility of ensuring that all of the necessary documentation is collated and kept upto date.
  • Liaise with other staff and Management to ensure that the company are meeting its responsibilities and coordinate with external parties throughout the inspection process.
  • Health & Safety ensuring that all Health and Safety regulations are met, that staff have the necessary training and that appropriate records are kept.
You will be a forward thinking, ambitious self starter who has strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
