CNC/Programmer Required, must have CAD/ CAM understanding or similar experienceThis is a Permanent Position
Working Hours : 39 hours per week, based on Monday – Thursday 8am to 5:00pm and Friday – 8am to 1pm
This role could lead to further training and development for someone looking to upskill and progress their career.
Program, Setup and Operate CNC machines using CAD/CAM software on a variety of machine tools and operating systems
Using a range of equipment to measure components to drawings, ensuring quality & accuracy
Operate multiple machines ensuring maximum production is achieved
Maintain machine workshop and keeping your work area clean and tidy
Accountable & responsible for your own Inspection of your work and checking others work to ensure quality and accuracy
Ensure that all work is of a high standard, deburred and well packaged to reduce risk of damage in later production.
Experience of CNC MachineryFlexible, adaptable with a methodical approach to working
Programming experience of Cad/Cam, ideally in Gibbs Cad/Cam or OneCNC however training would be provided
The company runs a flexible start and finish time so long that this doesn't impact with production and is in agreement with your manager.
Monday to Thursday there is a 30 minute unpaid lunch break at 13.30 each day and you will be entitled to a 15 minute paid break at 10.Further training will be made available for the right candidate.
~ Enrolment on pension scheme after qualifying period~ Overtime paid at time and a third
~22 Days holiday per year, plus bank holidays
