Horton Housing delivers support and training services across Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees and North Yorkshire. We have a wide range of supported accommodation including offices, hostels, and dispersed properties within the community.

Horton Housing is committed to becoming a Strength-Based, Trauma Informed organisation and we are now looking for a project lead to assist us with this transition.

The Project Lead will work closely with members of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and with colleagues across the organisation, to embed new ways of working.

You will report directly to the CEO and will lead on an organisational wide implementation plan, to ensure all colleagues are working under Strength-Based principles.

This is a fixed-term position, 24 months, full-time, 35 hours per week, part-time hours will be considered. Salary is £37,080 per annum.
